1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RYŪ Vault (ryuvault.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using our services you confirm you meet this requirement. Purchases require you to be 18 or have parental consent.

3. Subscription boxes

  • Subscription boxes are curated mystery boxes — exact contents are not guaranteed and vary each month.
  • Box contents are selected based on your stated preferences but we cannot guarantee specific cards.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a card becomes unavailable.

4. Shop purchases

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item sells out after your order is placed, we will contact you within 2 business days.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by iPay88. We accept FPX online banking, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and Visa/Mastercard. By completing a payment you agree to iPay88's terms of service. RYŪ Vault does not store your payment credentials.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of RYŪ Vault or its licensors. Pokémon and One Piece card images are property of their respective owners (The Pokémon Company, Bandai). You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

RYŪ Vault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
